Processing Time:

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and fulfil your order before it is shipped. We make our protein balls fresh to order, every day to guarantee the quality and freshness of our product.

We do ask that you acknowledge the 1–2 day processing time when planning to order, so please take this into account when placing an order as a gift or for time-sensitive deliveries. Even when placing an order with the express delivery option, we still require 1-2 business days to process your order.

 

Where do we ship?

 We currently ship to every postal address in Australia via express post.

 

How long does it take my order to ship?

1-4 BUSINESS DAYS

Orders shipped to metro cities will typically take 1 business day to arrive, once shipped. Orders shipped to regional locations will typically take up to 4 business days to arrive once shipped. If you modify your shipping address after your order is placed, there will be a 1-3 business day delay in receiving your order while the parcel is held in transit for re-direction.
